2. An upgrade on food and beverage service will increase your discount.
a. Two meat buffet upgraded to three meats with a premium entree .....receives an additional 5% off.*
b. Option #1 or #2 Hot & Cold Hors d' oeuvre Table receives an additional ... 5% off plus a free ice vase.
c. Basic Bar Service upgraded to the Deluxe Bar receives an addtional 5% off.*
3. If final guest count is above 250 people in Kaufmann Room or 125 people in the glass patio
you will receive a 5% discount.*
For example: A wedding of 200 guests with a three entree buffet including carved roast beef,
option #1 Hors d'oeuvres and a deluxe bar service would be priced as follows:

A 10% discount for Saturday plus three (3) 5% discounts for three (3) upgrades totals 25%.
25% of $38.15 would be $9.54 per person cost savings. Based on 200 guests @ $9.54
each the cost savings would be $1900.00.
